Lim Shih Hsien
Shih Hsien is responsible for the development of The Hong Kong Jockey Club’s information security strategy, programs and operations. These covers both adoption of and managing risks from new technologies, development of corporate policies and technical standards, and monitoring and incident response operations.
Prior to joining the Club in 2011, Shih Hsien was the Director of Identity & Security Services of MOH Holdings P/L, and was responsible for establishing the security technical architecture, policies and operational model for Singapore’s current National Electronic Health Record (NEHR). He has also previously held senior positions in Singapore Airlines and Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore, and was responsible for a number of keystone public sector projects.
Shih Hsien holds a Bachelor of Commerce (1st-Class Honours) in Information Systems from Curtin University of Technology, Australia, and a Master of Science in Communications and Network Systems from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
